My AC went out on a Friday night; which also happened to be the beginning of a holiday weekend. I called Hi-Tech Pluming and AC and within an hour, two of their technicians, Manny and Kenny, arrived at my house. Hi-Tech had sent me photos of the technicians prior to their arrival so I would know who to expect. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. My system was very old and had to be replaced. They took the time to show me all of my options and walk through what needed to be done, step by step. They were honest, upfront and did not try to upsell nor sell me anything I did not need. Due to it being a holiday weekend, it was going to be Tuesday before they could replace my system. An hour after leaving my house, they showed back up with two portable AC units for us to use throughout the weekend. This was just one of the many ways Kenny and Manny went above and beyond. They had my systems completed installed, up and running on Tuesday. When the inspector came out, he even commented on what an excellent job they had done. Hi-Tech is an outstanding company which provides quality work and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any of my AC or Plumbing needs.

Great company from top to bottom. Hired them for simple water heater maintenance as it is an old model and trying to get as much as I can out of it. Technician was professional and on time. The technician performed the maintenance by flushing the unit and inspected the water heater for any concerns. Other companies would have probably tried to sell me a new heater at this point and I was ready to turn down the anticipated sales pressure. However, I was surprised when the technician explained that I could probably get a few more years out of the heater. He then provided an estimate of the cost to replace so I knew what to expect if and when the heater does give out. The technician then went above and beyond and inspected other visible plumbing connections in order to advise me of any areas of concerns. Thankfully there were none but still a much appreciated service.
