HI JATHY, WHAT WAS YOUR THOUGHT PROCESS BEHIND STARTING YOUR OWN BUSINESS?

My personality is of an independent, self-starter entrepreneur and after brainstorming with my partner, who already had a good 10 years of industry experience in plumbing, we realized a real need for a woman-based business that offered Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical services. While we came up with our business plan we thought about how people had a misguided view of the workers in the trades. Most think of heavily set men with butt cracks & dirty shoes & tools. Yet I knew if we simply placed some structure & parameters we can be known as the boutique service business for this type of industry.

AN YOU GIVE OUR READERS AN INTRODUCTION TO YOUR BUSINESS? MAYBE YOU CAN SHARE A BIT ABOUT WHAT YOU DO AND WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHERS?

That we love what we do, each and every employee whether in the office or out in the field, truly cares about educating & helping people solve problems with the necessities of life- clean running water, flowing drains, cool air conditioning & power to meet the needs of all our gadgets. We are providing solutions and guidance to homeowners and businesses, sometimes even troubleshooting and diagnosing to provide the best outcome . We have grown from a mom & pop shop established in March of 2000 to an established & renowned industry leader in our county for over 22 years. It is ingrained in our fiber to service our clients & treat them as we would want to be treated (the Golden Rule). And our focus is always on the quality of the experience, that is “How can we WOW you today?” Whether we are providing Plumbing, Air conditioning or Electrical services, we make sure that from the initial phone call to the final completion of the job, that our clients are 100% satisfied with our work.

As a female-owned home services company we dedicate ourselves to providing a WOW experience to each and every customer. We know that emergencies in plumbing, air conditioning and electric can be frustrating but we listen to our customers needs and educate them on ways to safeguard their home from these potential disasters – such as leaks or a downed air conditioning unit. We have quality control measure in place to assure that every customer and their home or business is treated with the utmost care, safety and professionalism.

ANY PLACES TO EAT OR THINGS TO DO THAT YOU CAN SHARE WITH OUR READERS? IF THEY HAVE A FRIEND VISITING TOWN, WHAT ARE SOME SPOTS THEY COULD TAKE THEM TO?

The Western community, including Lake Worth, Wellington & Royal palm beach, has grown so much. I personally have business meetings at Kaluz for lunch or dinner but the list is long- for lunch spots, there’s Don Chepos for a Mexican flare, New York Style Pizza in lake worth says it in its name- for the best new York style pizza & Core life Eatery for a healthier side with fresh salads & bowls.
