How It Works

During your maintenance appointment, your technician will conduct a 40-point inspection, which includes:

• Check and clean filters, replacing if necessary (additional charge for filters)
• Test for adequate refrigerant charge
• Examine and clean condensate drain line (includes basic cleaning)
• Check condenser and clean if necessary
• Lubricate condenser fan motor
• Tighten electrical connections
• Check voltage at unit under load
• Check blower belt for condition, tension, and alignment
• Check all safety controls
